Policy Guidelines

Sessions canceled at least 24 hours before scheduled start time result in no cancellation fee.

Sessions canceled less than 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the full lesson.

Sessions canceled less than 1 hour before scheduled start time or no shows will be charged for the full lesson.
